Great week at Hotel Kristal! Nice, clean rooms with spacious balconies offered good views. The pool area was large with plenty of space for kids, though it was often challenging to find sunbeds due to early reservations by some guests. Enjoyed the quality of beer and cocktails. Delicious pizza at the snack bar. the buffet food lacked variety, mainly consisting of repeated pasta and meats in bland sauces. Desserts were hit or miss, ranging from tasty to overly dry. Staff were friendly but needed to improve English proficiency to enhance guest interactions. No complaints about cleanliness, but there were minor issues with inconsistent shower temperatures. Would recommend for the value, but keep food preferences in mind.

I enjoyed my stay at this all-inclusive place. The drinks were decent, especially the beer. I liked the spacious Deluxe Twin Room with a balcony. The outdoor pool was good, but getting a sunbed was tough. The snacks, especially the pizza, were great. We appreciated the variety, even if the buffet could use some more options. it provided a relaxing environment for our family vacation. My daughter loved the pool and the animations on offer during the week.

Major improvements are needed in the area of staff efficiency!!! Slow and inefficient lifts caused long wait times!!! inconsistent cleanliness in public areas dampened the experience!!! Please consider increasing sunbed availability!!!

The outdoor pool was so much fun, and there were loads of activities to keep the kids entertained. The grill at dinner was a hit. we loved the BBQ meats each night. Just wish the WiFi was more reliable since the kids sometimes struggled to connect. Still, it was a lovely time!
